Delivery
We deliver within Qatif and the Eastern Province. Delivery fees and timing depend on your location and the size of your order, and will be confirmed with you before delivery.
Ready-made items are usually delivered within a few days. Custom-made furniture is delivered once production is complete, and we will tell you the expected time when you place your order.
Installation
Our team can assemble and install your furniture at your home. Please contact us to confirm installation for your order.
Returns and Exchanges
- Ready-made items can be returned or exchanged if they are unused, in their original condition, and you contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Custom-made furniture is built to your own measurements and choices, so it cannot be returned unless it has a manufacturing defect.
- If your item arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will repair or replace it.
Warranty
Our furniture comes with a warranty against manufacturing defects. Please contact us for the warranty details of your item.
